Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We never see your credit card information and that information is not
retained in our system, not even in your customer account profile if you
choose to set up an account.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for
more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also purchase via money order (only) or check. Checks and money orders can delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check
or money order. To order by check, just print the invoice from the order confirmation page and mail
with your payment to:

The information below is provided to inform you of
policies, shipping, and other information we feel you should digest
and/or refer to prior to placing an online order.
It is our policy and practice to assist
customers with their order as much as is necessary (within reason)
prior to order processing. We answer emails, so please contact us if
you have questions.

Ordering & Payment Process:
Note: Items placed in your shopping cart will remain there for
5 days unless you proceed through the checkout process or remove
them from your cart.
Once all items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart,
click the 'Your Cart' link at the top right of the page and verify
the accuracy of the contents and/or make changes. From there you can
click to continue shopping, use your browsers 'back' button to
return to the previous page, or click to proceed to our checkout
page and begin the ordering process.
Note: When you order from us, your email is automatically
added to our internal 'Mail List' which is used to send out
information about changes in our site, products, special promotions,
etc. If you wish to be
removed from the list, just send us an email from the address you
wish removed with 'Remove from Mail List' in the subject line and
message area of the email. We will remove it promptly. No person(s)
or entity outside of our organization will ever gain access to our
'Mail List' without a court order.
The second page of the checkout process is where you will receive
the shipping costs and choose from any of the offered shipping
methods. You can cancel from that page and it will NOT generate an
order in our system. If you are just wishing the shipping quote, that is the way to go about it.
The third and final page of the check out process simply consists
of reviewing and verifying the information and entering credit card
information if paying by credit card.
- If paying by check/money order, you will be prompted to print
the order to send along with your payment after you click
'Submit'. Please also write your order # on your check/money
order. Note: You will get a confirmation email that can be printed
and sent with your check rather than printing from the website if
you prefer.
- If paying via PayPal -- After you click 'Submit', you will be
taken to PayPal's site for sign-in and payment through your PayPal
account.
- If paying by credit card, after clicking "Submit" your order
will be processed and you will be redirected to an order
confirmation page.
You will receive auto-generated
confirmations and order details via email shortly after finalizing
your order and payment. The order confirmation you receive is your
receipt.
International Payments -- Unfortunately, we cannot
process payments from all countries.

Order Fulfillment:
Simultaneous to the confirmation email you receive after
finalizing the order and payment, an email is auto-generated to our
order fulfillment section. We will verify that we have all necessary
details and then gather and/or procure the ordered merchandise. If
your payment is via check/money order, nothing occurs before your
payment is received and processed and/or cleared. This adds
considerable time to the entire process. If all is in stock and/or
available, you will not hear from us until the order status is
complete/shipped and we have shipping details to present to you
(depending on the suppliers involved, this usually requires 3 - 4 working days). You will then receive
an email with the shipping
details, and any other information we feel you should know.
If your order consists of items not in stock or not immediately
available, we will contact you to determine how you wish to proceed.
Most online merchants simply cancel any items not in stock and
process the order leaving you 'out of the loop' until your order
arrives missing some items. We do not like to do that. As long as we
have valid contact information, we will contact you before
processing your order. If we are unable to contact you after
reasonable attempts via email, we will process the order minus the
unavailable items and refund any difference. We are aware that some
items may be worthless to you without also acquiring the unavailable
items for the ensemble you are putting together. You will have the
choice of canceling the entire order and receiving a refund,
canceling just the unavailable items, or waiting (if the items are
temporarily unavailable and on back order).
Cancellations and/or Changes affecting Shipping
-
We can't split-ship items from same manufacturer (send back order items separately later) due to the additional shipping cost.
-
Item cancellations on order segments where shipping discounts have been applied have shipping recalculated based on the new subtotal of that order segment and the adjustment of discount adjusts the refund amount accordingly.
-
Exchanges for other items from the same manufacturer of similar price keep the original shipping discounts and totals intact.
-
Exchanges to higher price items from same manufacturer or exchanges to items from another manufacturer cause the whole order including shipping discounts to be recalculated, and the creation of a custom order page to pay for the additional adjusted order total.
You must use a valid email address during the checkout
process so we can extend to you proper customer service. We
have in the past attempted contact via telephone, we will no longer
attempt this due to the costs involved in making several
long-distance toll calls routed to voice mails and answering
machines. Without a valid email address, your order will be
processed minus any items not available and the difference refunded.
Note -- Depending on the time of day and the
manufacturers
involved, if you place your order on a Friday, it may not begin
processing until the following Monday.

Canceling Orders:
(generally applicable to order changes as well)
As stated previously:
Items placed in your shopping cart will remain there for 5 days
unless you
proceed through the checkout process or remove them from your cart.
So if you are uncertain about placing your order,
leave the items in your cart and return later when you decide. That
said, you should never be afraid of canceling an already placed
order with us. However, some policies and limitations must apply.

Contact us immediately via email to determine the
current status of your order.
-
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel
and refund.
-
If your order has been processed but not shipped, we
will attempt to stop and or reverse the process, we cannot
guarantee success in that though, it depends on the timeliness of
your request to cancel and other factors beyond our immediate
control.

If your order has already shipped we obviously can't
stop the process. You will have to accept the order or request to
return it after it arrives. See

information.

Order Shipment:
We ALL wish shipping were free, but
unfortunately it is not.
On USA orders under $50.00 from any
individual manufacturer, we charge shipping at cost.
On USA (lower 48 only) over $50.00
from any individual manufacturer, we discount the shipping down to just $5.00 on that manufacturer's portion of the order. The over $50.00 shipping program is called DNFS (Darn
Near Free Shipping).
On USA (lower 48 only) over $85.00
from any individual manufacturer, we discount the shipping to
FREE on that manufacturer's portion of the order. The over $85.00 free shipping program is called RFFS
(Really Flippin' Free Shipping).
Due to increased costs, we cannot
discount shipping to Alaska or Hawaii -- sorry.
How does DNFS work?
You'll notice that all of our products
have a two-letter identifier at the beginning i.e. EM, TS, PL, etc.
-- each of those designates a certain manufacturer/supplier. DNFS
(Darn Near Free Shipping) works by keeping track of the subtotal of
amounts purchased from each of our manufacturers/suppliers.
At the shipping calculation
stage the cart software then gets the rates for each individual
shipment by supplier according to the total weight of the items from
that portion of the order. The cart then checks the subtotal for
that portion of the order and if it is $50.00 or more, the shipping
is automatically reduced to just $5.00. If you have any familiarity
with the cost of shipping these days, you'll no doubt agree --
that's darn near free shipping!
How does RFFS work?
You'll notice that all of our products

approved shippers (USPS,UPS,FedEx,DHL). Some order items may ship
separately from others due to drop shipping from their respective
manufacturer's/suppliers. Items that are 'drop shipped' will ship to you
direct from the manufacturer.
Items will generally begin
shipping within 3 working days of your order if everything is in
stock. We will email you anytime there will be a delay. Please use a
valid email during checkout and check your mail daily. If you are
filtering for spam, it is advisable to also check your 'junk mail'
folder in case our mail gets intercepted your spam filters.
P.O. Boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes unless special arrangements are made in
advance of the online order, sorry.

International Shipping
-- Currently, our online system will handle shipping to most countries.
We cannot discount shipping on international orders. The DNFS & RFFS
programs apply only to USA orders.
All international shipments will
be by Registered US Mail with return receipts. Time in transit varies
widely and is outside of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot calculate
or collect for foreign import duties or VAT. Import duties, use taxes,
Custom's requirements, and the like are the responsibility of the
buyer/receiver.
Please also be aware that every
country has different shipping restrictions. Some countries do not
allow the shipping of jewelry, for example.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:
We understand that products sometimes have flaws that the manufacturer's quality control did not
observe. We also understand that besides shipping, shopping by photo
and description is one of the perils of mail order and online
shopping. We have to adhere closely to the manufacturer's
return/refund/exchange policies while attempting to satisfy your
needs as well. Because of the drop shipping methods involving
multiple suppliers that we (and most other online stores) employ,
our return policy is not written in stone -- each request is handled
case-by-case. Some items cannot be returned due to legal/health
considerations. Return shipping is also handled case-by-case
depending on the nature of the issue. Return shipping may be refunded
after we receive and inspect the return in question.
Most 'exchanges' will require the
merchandise be received back first before sending out the new. Some
exchanges are handled by charging for the new item and shipping with
subsequent refund for the original once order item once it is
received back in new condition. Some items cannot be returned or
exchanged due to their personal nature and existing health laws.
We will always do our level
best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We don't ignore
emails here.
